By using docketry.co.in, you agree to the terms below. Read them before relying on any document the tools generate.

Free through 15 August 2026

All Phase-1 tools are provided free of charge for use through 15 August 2026. There is no paid tier, no payment gateway, and no account required during this period. Any future pricing changes will be announced clearly on this site before they take effect — nothing changes without notice.

Provided "as is"

The tools are provided "as is," without warranty of fitness for legal or compliance purposes. Every generated document should be reviewed by a qualified CA or HR professional before you issue it to an employee or file it with an authority. Statutory rates — PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS — and the 50%-Basic rule are implemented per our understanding of current law, but law changes. Always verify against the latest government notification before relying on a figure.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for their intended purpose. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the hosting infrastructure. Because every tool runs as client-side code, you're welcome to inspect the JavaScript your own browser is already running.

Your documents, your data

You retain all rights to the documents you generate and the data you enter into them — none of it passes through our systems in the first place. We retain rights to the Docketry tool software itself.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docketry and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the tools, including compliance errors in generated documents. Our total liability for any claim is limited to zero, given the tools are provided free of charge.
