Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
Docketry is built so that we collect as little as possible — in most cases, nothing at all. This policy explains exactly what happens to your data when you use the site.
The tools don't collect anything
Every generator on Docketry processes company and employee data entirely inside your browser. Salary figures, PAN, UAN, bank account numbers, dates of joining and exit — none of it is transmitted to our servers, because our servers never receive it. The JavaScript that calculates PF, ESI, PT and drafts your document runs on your device, in your browser's own sandboxed thread. Close the tab and the data is gone with it.
No cookies, no analytics, no trackers
We don't run cookies, analytics scripts, session recording, or advertising networks anywhere on the site. There's nothing to consent to, so you won't see a cookie banner here.
The contact form
The one exception is the form on our contact page. Submitting it sends your name, email, role, and message via FormSubmit.co to our support inbox, support@lmstools.cloud. FormSubmit handles that relay; their own privacy practices apply to the transmission itself. We receive only what you type into the form, and nothing else.
No accounts
There is no sign-up on Docketry. Without an account system, there's no account data — no password, no saved profile, no usage history tied to an identity.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over personal data that a service holds about you. Because the tools hold none, there is nothing to access, correct, or erase on that front. For the one place we do receive something — the contact form — email us and we'll delete your message from our inbox.
Are we a "data fiduciary"?
Under the DPDP framework, a data fiduciary is an entity that determines the purpose and means of processing personal data. Since Docketry's tools process your data locally, on your own device, and we never receive or store it, we don't hold data in the sense that framework addresses.
Changes to this policy
If our architecture ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
