# Docketry

Docketry (docketry.co.in) generates compliant Indian HR documents entirely in the
user's browser. No file or field is ever uploaded to a server — every calculation
and every generated PDF is produced by client-side JavaScript running on the
user's own device.

## What it does
Eight free tools cover the full employee lifecycle for Indian small businesses,
HR teams, and CA firms:

- Offer Letter Generator (https://docketry.co.in/tools/offer-letter-generator.html): Role, CTC, date of joining, probation — a clean offer letter PDF.

## Privacy stance
- All processing is client-side. There is no upload endpoint anywhere on the site.
- No cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts, no advertising.
- No account system and no database — nothing is stored between visits.
- The only server-facing feature is the contact form, which relays a message via
  FormSubmit.co to support@lmstools.cloud. No other data leaves the browser.

## Compliance angle
- Applies the Code on Wages, 2019 requirement that Basic pay be at least 50% of CTC.
- Calculates PF (12%), ESI (0.75%, where applicable), state-wise Professional Tax,
  and simplified TDS/income-tax slabs.
- Gratuity is computed using the standard 15/26 x years-of-service formula.

## Pricing
All Phase-1 tools are free to use through 15 August 2026. There is no payment
gateway, no paid tier, and no account requirement during this period.
